Patient Participation Group

What is the Patient Participation Group?

The Patient Participation Group is a group of people from the Practice Population who have expressed an interest to be part of the group. The aim of the Patient Participation Group is to work towards improving and developing patient services. This group of patients help voice the views, needs and requirements of our Practice Population. The group helps influence a positive change in the services provided by Lime Grove Medical Centre. The Participation Group comprises of the group members, Doctors, Practice Staff and Practice Manager.

Aims of The Patient Participation Group

  • To actively involve patients in making suggestions to improve services provided
  • To obtain feedback on the quality of the services provided 
  • To discuss issues and expectations from the patients’ point of view

Meeting Dates

The group meets four times a year at Lime Grove Medical Centre.

To join the Patient Participation Group please ask for the Practice Manager Sarah Robb or the Deputy Practice Manager Emily Foster. You can also  phone on 01629 581586.

If you are unable to attend the meeting you can still submit questions by simply dropping them into the surgery with your details so we can send you the minutes from the meeting.

Getting Your View

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
