We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint :
- You can speak to anyone at the surgery who will take details from you and either resolve issues directly with you directly or inform the Practice Manager who will contact you to discuss the issues raised.
- Or you may write to the surgery detailing your concerns to the Practice Manager, using the contact details on our Contact Us page.
- Or you can request a complaints form which you will need to fill in and return to the surgery.
Every complaint will be fully investigated, and all written complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
